- Alibaba Cloud deployment proof remains a prepared code path only until a public endpoint returns HTTP 200 at `/` and `/api/plan`.
- Do not claim prize selection, payout, tax, KYC, billing, bank, cloud-credit completion, private account proof, or live Alibaba endpoint proof until those events actually happen through official channels.
